An all new, original style reproduction of the desired 1932 Ford column drop ready to paint, chrome, or powder coat. This column drop is built using all reproduction parts including a polished stainless steel ignition lever, laser etched ignition bezel, nickle plated detent screw, working lock pin, polished stainless steel plug to cover the starter cable hole offered on certain models, and all original style hardware! A truly excellent recreation of the original and designed to allow all parts to interchange with a stock casting! Gloss black, powder coated column drops are also available through Roadster Supply. Specify in the notes section while processing your order if you want a black powder coated model.

This part is designed after an original 1932 and works exactly the same. The key is used for locking/unlocking the column and ignition lever only! The key can only be turned to the lock position if the ignition lever is in the 'OFF' position to avoid accidental locking of steering. If the key is in the lock position, the ignition lever can not be turned to the 'ON' position.

The ignition switch only provides power to your starter switch, it will NOT start the car.

The stainless steel ignition bezel rivets are only partially installed so they can be easily removed for painting. Use a hammer and punch to drive rivets in all the way.
